Our football impact is worldwide, the team have developed partnerships and coaching programmes which our students facilitate in Aruba, Chile and Valencia.

Our football team success last season, led by our head coach Joe Parkinson (FA Cup winner with Everton FC), saw us lift the National League (at Wembley) and become winners of the World School Games (in Barcelona). Our teams also had success in the Dallas Cup (finalists, televised live on ESPN) and the New York Cup. The team of staff and coaches work tirelessly to develop our students as scholars and players, and we are at the forefront of showcasing football talent in the region.

At Everton Football College we are privileged to take part in the very prestigious Dallas Cup. The Dallas Cup began in 1980 and is an annual event held during Easter Week. To ensure the highest level of competition each year, the Dallas Cup is an invitation only tournament.

In 2023 Everton Football College took over 100 students both male and female to participate in the U18 and U19 age brackets. Over 900 international players participate in the tournament each year. On average, the Dallas Cup entertains over 105,000 spectators during the tournament week and is the perfect spectacle for our students wanting to gain a US Scholarship.

World School Games

We have been invited to the World School Games in Cambrils as reigning U17 Champions this October. This is an opportunity for players to play against the best school and college teams from all over the world. Next academic year we are planning on taking two male squads and 2 womens' teams to represent us on the world stage.

New York Cup

A great way to finish the academic year, we take squads to New York to play in the New York Cup. Although football is the priority it is a great way to finish the year in one of the most famous cities of the world.

Coaching and Cultural trips

We have been extremely fortunate to have access to a variety of projects around the world to enable our students to play, coach and gain life changing experiences around the world.

These have involved trips to Aruba, Chile, Valencia and China, working with various organisations, partner schools and universities. We are hoping to visit South Africa next academic year.  These trips are open to everyone but suit our students who wish to gain experience in coaching.
