Parent & Student Voice
We give parents an active voice and offer practical involvement in the day-to-day life of the school in many ways including parent voice, attendance at events, and via online contact. Everton Football College recognises a critical ingredient for success goes beyond the key relationships between our staff and our students, to their parents and carers. We are therefore committed to ensuring that communication with parents and carers is effective, welcoming and accessible which is essential to our thinking and planning. We actively encourage the Parent Voice, an Ofsted tool that enables us to monitor how we are performing and enables us to develop as a college. This is sent out to parents via office forms and therefore can be easily completed on any device. Results from our parent voice survey December 2020 were excellent with positive outcomes for all questions. We value your comments and take any constructive feedback to action to ensure we continually improve. See our latest results.
Students are given the opportunity throughout the year to provide us with feedback to ensure that we are meeting their needs. They regularly take part in student surveys for our induction process, teaching and learning and football/enrichment opportunities. We encourage the participation of students in our college council and have student members of the Liverpool Youth parliament. Class reps will meet and report back to tutors on a regular basis.
